We hope everyone had a wonderful, restful holiday break. We thought we would kick off the year by showing one of our favourite projects from 2025. The new Bresic Whitney Inner West Office by Those Architects.

In the reimagining of BresicWhitney’s Inner West office, THOSE Architects have created a workspace that feels calm, measured and deeply connected to its local context. The design leans into restraint - letting light, texture and spatial rhythm guide how the rooms unfold.

A muted palette carries through the space, with NZ wool ceilings, stainless steel mesh and layered curtains chosen for how they filter light and soften acoustics. Rather than relying on colour, the interior finds contrast through materiality. Subtle shifts in texture that bring quiet depth.
In this environment, furniture plays a deliberately understated role. REDDIE’s Cinta Stainless Steel Armchairs in 100% recycled bottle fabric Ambiant and Cinta Stainless Steel Dining Chairs in Polo fabric bring a refined clarity to the palette.
Their polished frames echo the architectural detailing, while the deep woven textiles add warmth without disrupting the calmness of the room. It’s a demonstration of how versatile the Cinta range can be when paired with a restrained, light-driven interior.
The result is a workspace shaped for focus, connection and ease of movement. A continuation of BresicWhitney’s ongoing commitment to thoughtful, architecturally rich environments across their portfolio.
This Inner West office doesn’t announce itself loudly; instead, it offers a sense of quiet confidence, aligning seamlessly with the brand’s creative and community-centred ethos.
